While fine tuning Gmail Contacts for better Android integration. CU ran across a simple method for removing obsolete or bad email addresses in your Gmail Contacts list.

What you can do is view your unsorted contacts/ email addresses, utilising an easy and quick method.

This allows you to either shift them into a group/ update the important Contacts and delete useless Contacts.

Notes, when you are sent an email, it is added to your contacts.

1. Login to your Gmail account.

2. Select Contacts

3. You have the ability to 'Search Contacts', go into this search field.

4. Enter a blank space, and select Search Contacts or Enter.

5. You will now have a list of two Categories, My Contacts and Others Contacts.

6. The second list Others Contacts are unassigned contacts, you can now Associate a Contact with a Group, or Delete it.
